When you are ready to place your warranty labels order, you can either phone, fax, or email it to us. We do not use an order form, we try to make the whole process as easy as possible. If you need to add a logo to your warranty labels order there is no additional charge. Keep in mind that logos will not always work with our warranty labels printing process. It must be at least a 300 DPI version of the original file. It has to be a one color logo, the same as the rest of the warranty labels print.
